This Channel is NOT intended to be used to report complaints about Televes Product defects/failures. Any complaints regarding Televes Product defects/failures must be sent to the seller/installer of the Product, or, failing this, to the email televes@televes.com.
The purpose of this Whistleblowing Channel is to be able to safely and confidentially report any type of wrongdoing committed within Televes Corporation, or within its scope of action, that could involve non-compliance with the Law (national or international), the Regulatory Compliance Manual, Code of Ethics, Supplier Code of Conduct, Human Rights, environment, public health and safety, working practices, as well as other internal or external regulations to which the Corporation is subject.
The receipt and management of reports through this channel shall be handled by the Corporate Social Responsibility or Regulatory Compliance Committee of Televes Corporation, depending on the material scope of the report. Both communications in which the sender is identified as well as those that are anonymous will be accepted, and their confidential processing will be preserved at all times.
